Hi Jack,
I had a new flat klip lock roof installed 18 months ago and it leaked from day one. Now the company is blaming the tiled pitch roof for the leaks that it's connected to. No sarking under the tiled roof. There were no leaks before the install. Now they refuse to come back.
Can I get a quote for an inspection to see if you can find the problem.

Hi Jack, we have a 5 unit residential property in Botany that has an inadequate box gutter over the top floor unit, during heavy downpours the unit receives quite a bit of overflow, our plumber has checked it out and believes we need some expert advice from someone who specializes in box gutter design and/or repair - hope you can help. regards Greg

Do you think it is suitable to install monier roof tiles at an 18 degree roof pitch.
Cambridge Monier Roof Tile is allowed to go to a 15 degree pitch as per monier installation instructions.
What is your opinion?
