Hi, I have a sun room at the back of the house which gets really hot in Summer compared to the rest of the house.
Most of the heat is coming from the ceiling and not the windows, as I have some trees that provide shade to the windows except for the early morning.
The sun room also has some condensation in winter which I discovered after removing a ceiling tile.
The roof space in the sun room has no insulation what so ever so I would like some insulation installed to deal with both the summer heat and condensation.
The house has a tile roof but the sun room which looks to have been added later has a flat metal roof.
I did some research and saw that Bradford Anti Con Bats might be what I need.
Just looking for a good roofer that you could refer me to.

Hi Jack,
I had a new flat klip lock roof installed 18 months ago and it leaked from day one. Now the company is blaming the tiled pitch roof for the leaks that it's connected to. No sarking under the tiled roof. There were no leaks before the install. Now they refuse to come back.
Can I get a quote for an inspection to see if you can find the problem.

Hi Jack, we have a 5 unit residential property in Botany that has an inadequate box gutter over the top floor unit, during heavy downpours the unit receives quite a bit of overflow, our plumber has checked it out and believes we need some expert advice from someone who specializes in box gutter design and/or repair - hope you can help. regards Greg
